No publication date is given. The plate "Geological Restorations at the Crystal Palace" shows the reconstructions of dinosaurs at the Great Exhibition of 1851. It must therefore have been published later than this. My guess is 1854, I have no other evidence.
The plates are unnumbered. The structure of the volume suggests that the various sections, astronomical, botanical, etc., may also have been sold in other combinations. The binding of my copy has fallen apart, so the order in which the plates are presented here may differ from that of the original work.
The single pages measure 137mm by 216 mm.
